M3 Wave LLC was formed to commercialize the DMP ocean power device.  

Funding for M3 Wave is predominantly a combination of US Government grants and Private Investors.The DMP was invented in Oregon by Oregonians and our company places a strong emphasis on the environment and the Oregon way of life.  As a result, early in the development process, we are actively engaging stakeholders including local coastal communities, utilities, marine fisheries, and environmental advocates. This collaborative effort will allow us to take full advantage of the numerous benefits inherent in a fully-submerged wave power system.

M3 Wave has an R&D research facility in Salem, Oregon, USA and a satellite office in Corvallis, Oregon near Oregon State University and the NW National Marine Renewable Energy Center.
